I just quickly put together a 9-panel snapshot of some of my favourite shots that I’ve taken since I started Astrophotography in May of last year.
This year I’m really going to be pushing myself to take more time on each deep sky target. I seem to only spend an hour on each one, and then move on. I figured I need to spend at least 6 hours or more on each target to get something worth while, especially with the dim nebulae.
I might even re-visit some of my previous targets, and to try and improve upon them. I hope this will show you, the reader, how much of an improvement can be made within one year of starting. All being well, with all the new equipment that I have acquired over the past 6 months or so, it will be a dramatic improvement! I’m really tempted to redo the Bubble Nebula while it’s currently high in the sky!
So, I hope you all had an amazing holiday period, and I wish you all a very happy new year!
And as always, till next time…
